 REP TRIALS

TWEED CLUB and REPRSENTATIVE END OF SEASON DINNER

Friday night 23rd September, 2011 at Visions, Twin Towns Resort.  Tickets will be on sale from 6th August, 2011.  All Tweed players invited.  The theme of the night will be come dressed as something/someone starting with the letters  "T"weed "N"etball "A"ssociation.  Lucky door; best dressed prizes on the night.   As well our rep teams will be performing a song of their choice on the night to be judged.  Ticket prices to be confirmed to include Dinner; dessert & disco plus entertainment.  Great night come and support your club.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Kiwi Shop is supplying gear to Tweed associated clubs and individuals at very reasonable prices with 10% of the cost being donated to Tweed Netball as a fundraiser.

We thank Deb Heighway for the coordination of this and ask for your support

WET WEATHER - ONLY one Club representative (the Wet Weather Delegate) is permitted to phone the Clubhouse or the President for a decision on wet weather. 

Please Note if Council closes sporting grounds in Tweed Shire this will only cancel netball games scheduled for play on grass courts.  All games on hard courts (10 years and above) can still go ahead.  All teams must check with their Club Wet Weather

Delegate if unsure about games being played due to weather conditions.

All volunteers with Tweed Netball must comply with regulations in regard to working with children.

Under the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act (2000), people who work with children under 18 in particular businesses or categories of paid or voluntary employment, must undergo employment screening.

People involved in sport and active recreation, competing in Queensland are required to hold a Blue Card.

Please be advised that all Tweed Netball personnel - including coaches, managers, trainers, umpires committee members are required by law to hold a Blue Card.
